Powerhouse is a world-class environmental building where the interior and the choice of materials have been chosen for their environmentally sustainable qualities. We offer team offices with from 4 - 32 workplaces, as well as places in the open work zone.

The building that generates more energy than it uses

Powerhouse is one of the world's most energy efficient and spectacular buildings and stands out as a world - class environmental building. The building, which is a BREEAM-NOR Excellent-certified environmental building, was designed by international Snøhetta. Working in Powerhouse will be an experience in itself, and provide a "slightly simpler everyday life" with a focus on efficiency, digitization and service offerings. 

Powerhouse over 11 floors is defined as a building that generates more energy than it uses throughout its life cycle, while at the same time setting a completely new standard for comfort and functions. Large parts of the façade and roof are covered with solar panels, and the tenants have access to great facilities such as a well-equipped gym, shower / cloakroom and an exclusive roof terrace.The staff restaurant "Kraft" places great emphasis on healthy food every day. Separate meeting room center available for all tenants, not to forget the spectacular roof terrace on the 11th floor with views as far as the eye can see.  

The interior of Evolve's premises located on the 1st and 2nd floors has the same continuous interior as the entire Powerhouse. The interior of the building has a standardization principle to reduce unnecessary waste when new tenants move in. Floors, glass walls, partitions, kitchenette and lighting have the same design, color and materiality on all floors. To reduce the need for artificial lighting to an absolute minimum, the building has a conservative but efficient lighting system.

Central location at the foot of Frednesbrua

The property is centrally located in relation to public transport with only a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Travel time by train to Tønsberg will take 49 minutes during rush hour. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Torp Airport where there are departures to most major cities in Norway.
