Kime Galleri is a unique building that extends from the central station to Grønland. On the building's ground floor, there is a social meeting place and canteen. Tenants also have access to locker facilities and parking for both cars and bicycles.

Evolve Gallery, located on the 4th floor of the building, features several social zones with café tables perfect for an informal meeting over a good cup of coffee. Kitchens are equipped with coffee machines and PureWater. The spaces have large window fronts that provide excellent lighting conditions. The center offers a combination of lockable team offices for 2 to 10 people, open area workspaces, meeting rooms, and quiet rooms for more focused work.
