We know that prioritizing exercise in a busy day can be difficult, but good health will be reflected in the work you put into the office. Therefore, we have collected some simple tips for a healthier everyday life, a healthier mind and a more flexible "office body".

  1. Train during working hours! Studies conducted by McKinsey show that organizations with a focus on employee health are more profitable! Then you have something to hit the table with, if you want to be granted time for training during working hours.
  2. Powerwalk, jog or bike to work - Classics. Something a little more tempting with a shower in the office. Something we of course have in several of our offices.
  3. Tell others to exercise - Put some pressure on yourself. Does it make a deal between you and the future you? Deal!
  4. Training meeting! Exercise a little, lift a little, talk a little. Maybe what you need to get the solitaire going is an environmental change?
  5. Set goals! As with business, you have a greater chance of success, if you set specific goals. Maybe you want to take the most pull ups in the workplace? Or just manage a push up? Or simply could jog to and from work, without feeling like Darth Vader on a swim. You control the goals and we believe you will reach them.
  6. Reward yourself - Good job! Now is the time to maybe buy new training clothes, running shoes, heart rate monitor, or maybe something completely different!

What health care says about activities for adults

Adults who are initially not very physically active will have a significant health benefit by being in physical activity for about 30 minutes with moderate to high intensity daily.

Optimal health effects are likely to be achieved by combining at least 75 minutes of high-intensity activity and 150 minutes of moderate activity each week. The activity can be divided into sessions of at least 10 minutes.

Which of Evolve's office centers do you have training opportunities for?

Equipment at our fitness center

Our fitness rooms are equipped with both free weights, appliances, spinning bikes and treadmills of top quality, as well as a wardrobe and shower, of course.

We have made it easy for you to do the form of exercise that suits you, whether you want to get stronger, run long distances, spin fast on a bicycle, or get some frustration out of a punching bag.

And remember. The best training is the one that becomes something of.

Do you want a non-binding view?

Feel free to contact me for a viewing at one of our many centers. You can always call, or send me an email! So maybe we can take a tour and a "training session"?
