With a flexible office from Evolve, Equal Agency was given space to develop its fast-growing network and creative agency for women entrepreneurs.
Varied working days and service needs
With varied work tasks, services and working hours, the three founders of Equal agency wanted a flexible office solution where they could grow their office needs in step with the demand for their services. An important part of these services are physical and digital workshops and events where a growing network of almost 500 female entrepreneurs and budding entrepreneurs could meet. A good selection of meeting rooms and common rooms in different sizes was therefore important when Equal Agency was to choose a supplier for office solutions.

“This summer, we moved on from Evolve Storo to Henrik Ibsens gate, and now have an agreement for flexible office space. Our working day is dynamic and not a typical 8-16 working day. Therefore, we are concerned with flexibility to be able to work at different times and in different places in Oslo. Evolve offers a perfect solution, which in addition also gives us the opportunity to hold workshops and other events, such as our monthly entrepreneur lunch with our customers ", says Donna Kastrati who is the general manager of Equal Agency.
“We use all the facilities, but are most happy to be part of a large network of nice people who work here. The possibility of free meeting rooms and coffee was also an important factor when we had to choose an office solution.”, adds co-founder Benedicte Haugaard.
